PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition comprising a polyphenylene ether based resin which can obtain molded articles having excellent low temperature impact strength and moldability and good molding external appearance. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) a polyphenylene ether based resin, (B) a composite rubber based graft copolymer containing a polyorganosiloxane and a polyalkyl (metha)acrylate, and at least one kind selected from (C-1) a vinyl resin, (C-2) an olefinic resin, and (C-3) a polyamide based resin.
