PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for controlling the inclined position of supports of a jig for firing to eliminate troubles in transfer of raw materials of roof tile to the supports of a jig for firing such as collision of the raw material with the support because of fluctuation of inclining state of the support. SOLUTION: The device comprises a jig 22 for firing on which supports 26 to support the raw materials W of roof tile in an inclined position, pressing pieces 36 set to move forward or backward freely toward the supports 26 from at least one side of the jig 22 for firing, and a pressing means to press the back of the support 26 via the pressing pieces 36.
