PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device for an optical disc capable of avoiding cost increasing caused by using a disc supply device of high supply position precision while avoiding increase of thickness or weight of a holding table 31 mounted an air cylinder thereon. SOLUTION: The holding table 31, adopts a structure having a shaft member 301 which is fixed to protrude from a disc holding surface within size smaller than the thickness of a CD-ROM 60 to be inserted to a center hole therein, and has a recessed part 301a to be engaged with a center protruded shaft 94c of a second robot arm 94a to supply the CD-ROM 60 to the disc holding surface.
