PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen knife in which a handle and a blade can be easily disassembled and can be surely assembled. SOLUTION: At least two pins 3 made of a magnetic material are provided for mounting handle parts 6 and 7 on a core 1 and the pins 3 respectively consist of a shaft part 4 and a head part 5 with a larger diameter than the shaft part and the shaft parts 4 of the pins pass through pin guides of one of the handle part and pin guides of the core and reach the surface of the other handle part 7, and the apex faces 14 are exposed and the hole parts provided in the other handle part are formed larger than the diameters of the shaft parts of the pins, and magnets 10 and 10 are inserted in the hole parts and pin guides for inserting through the shaft parts of the pins are formed in the magnets and a single magnetic plate covering the apex faces of the all pins passing through the pin guides and exposed on the surface of the other handle is attracted and fixed on the surface of the other handle by magnetic force of the above magnets and the apex faces of the pins are attracted and fixed on a magnetic plate by the magnetic force passing through the magnetic plate.
