PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably suppress movement of a passenger to the front when an automobile is rapidly decelerated without worsening a riding sensation and to reduce weight and a cost through simple constitution. SOLUTION: A cross member 8 spans in the direction of the lateral width of a seat cushion 1 at the intermediate part in a longitudinal direction of a frame part 5 of the seat cushion. A falling part 13 is provided to fall down to below when a press force from above is exerted. When a passenger seat on the seat cushion 1, the falling part 13 falls down, a riding sensation is not worsened, and when, during rapid deceleration, the hip of the passenger is about to move to a front, with the falling part 13 stretching, movement of the passenger to a front can be reliably suppressed.
