METALLURGICAL ASSEMBLING TOOL FOR CURVED TUBE AND ASSEMBLING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallurgical assembling tool for stably manufacturing curved tubes that meet a specified length. SOLUTION: The metallurgical assembling tool is composed of a cylindrical guiding ember 210, a holding-down member 230 and a positioning member 240. The guiding member 210 has a pair of guiding grooves for guiding a rivet type axial member. The holding-down member 230 has a fitting surface 234 for adjusting the knot rings to be passed straight through the guiding member 210, while the positioning member 240 is also provided with a distance adjusting member 244 for adjusting the distance between the knot rings 100 passed through the guiding ember 210. The distance adjusting member 244 has a pair of walls 248 for positioning the knot rings 100 in both ends and knot teeth 246 for fixing the distance between the adjacent knot rings 100. The knot teech 246 are arranged between the pair of walls 248 at a fixed distance leaving a minimum space identical to a thickness between the adjacent two knot rings 100.
