PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary cutting tool capable of changing the cutting oil supply position in a short time with ease in the case of necessity of changing the portion at which cutting oil is aimed by changing the rotation speed and feed rate of the cutting tool in the rotary cutting tool such as a milling cutter and an end mill. SOLUTION: In the rotary cutting tool 1 wherein a throw away tip 3 is attached to the tip pocket 7 of a cutting tool body 2 detachably, a first fluid passage 5 is arranged in the cutting tool body 2, and a second fluid passage 6 is also provided between the first fluid passage 5 and the tip pocket 7. A direction adjusting part 4 capable of changing the flow direction of fluid is mounted on the outlet section of the second fluid passage 6 on the side of the tip pocket 7.
