PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly inhibit degradation of appearance and intrusion of water drops into an carbin through a butting surface by preventing a carrying up of the butting surface by a side glass. SOLUTION: In this butting structure, butting surfaces 16 and 17 of a rear end of front roof side weather strip and a front end of rear roof side weather strip are formed to an inclined shape or a stepped shape. A tapering cover lip 19 is extendingly provided on an end at the external side of car of the front side butting surface 16 positioned at a lower side when developing the roof panel. An end at the external side of car of the rear side butting surface 17 is enclosed by the cover lip 19. After an upper end of the side glass 5(6) is laid on the cover lip 19, it shifts to a rear side glass seal surface 15b when raising the side glass 5(6). Accordingly, at this time, when rear side butting surface 17 is not carried up by the side glass 5(6). |
