PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to correct or repair a hole position of a metal base material of a metal constituted part used for a jet engine, etc. SOLUTION: The hole to be corrected or repaired for position is expanded, a recessed part is formed to respective ends of the expanded hole. Next, a metal inserting body deformable is inserted into the expanded hole, physical force is applied to the inserting body, the inserting body is deformed to cause friction engagement with a wall of the recessed part and an expanded hole, as a result, the inserting body is fixed inside the hole in the axial direction. Successively, a new hole correcting a position is formed into a fixed inserting body as a complete through hole. |
