PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cleaning agent composition which is used for cleaning a target article to remove an odor and control the generation of the odor for a long period and for cleaning a pet or the like to improve combability in a brushing process. SOLUTION: This composition of a sterilizing, deodorizing and cleaning agent, characterized by comprising (A) an amphoteric surfactant having a specific structure and an isoelectric point of >7, (B) an amphoteric surfactant having an isoelectric point of <=7, (C) a non-ionic surfactant, and (D) a silicone oil.
