PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone generator with very simple structure and very excellent ozone generating efficiency. SOLUTION: A plurality of metal plates 2 aligning in a line parallel to each other keeping equal spaces p are provided with the metal tube 3 and the discharge tube 4 through the metal plates 2. The discharge tube 4 has the insulator 40 on the surface part and the metal plating 41 inside. The system is constituted such that when a voltage is impressed between metal tube 3 and metal plating 41 in the discharge tube 4, while making oxygen flow to the fillet parts 20 made in the intersection of the metal plates 2 and the discharge tube 4, ozone is generated by generating creeping discharge at the fillet part 20.
