METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SOLID POWDERY COSMETIC

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solid powder cosmetic having excellent shock resistance without changing the amount of adhesion of powder and usability. SOLUTION: A cosmetic base material is prepared by mixing a powder and an oil solution. To the obtained cosmetic base material, a liquid having low affinity to the powder and incompatible with the oil solution is added, and they are mixed. The resultant mixture is filled in a container to produce the objective solid powder cosmetic.
