PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device for refuse capable of preventing garbage from being scattered about by crows by foldably storing when not in use. SOLUTION: This storage device comprises a frame-shaped or plate-shaped substrate formed generally in rectangular shape and having small side widths, a support body connected to the substrate and vertically erecting the substrate on an installation surface, a net-like or a sheet-like cover, and a bar-shaped body fitted to the cover. When an article is stored, the article is stored in a space divided by the installation surface of the storage device, substrate, and cover and, when the article is not stored, the cover is folded and stored. Thus, the widths of the side surfaces are set substantially identical to those of the substrate.
