PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize an opening 4 having a fuel filler hole 3. SOLUTION: A surface 5 of a direction (car width direction) almost orthogonal to an outer surface of a side panel 1 is formed in one side part in the internal periphery of an opening 4, a hinge 6 is fixed to the surface 5, and a spring receiving part 15 is provided in both ends (end part side) of the hinge 6, an S-shaped spring 10 is fixed to a reverse surface of a lid 8 corresponding to the spring receiving part 15 of the hinge 6, all the parts are ensured as a practical space so as to eliminate presence of the spring receiving part and a hinge surface in the central part in a vertical direction of the opening 4, the opening 4 having a fuel filler hole 3 is effectively utilized.
