PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically driven reel capable of being instantly converted to a winding operation by a motor power-conditioning body after stopping a tackle at the boat side. SOLUTION: This electrically driven reel having a spool, a spool motor, an electrically driven crutch structure for switching the spool between a sending out state and a winding state, the motor power regulating body for continuously regulating the motor power from a not-outputting state to the maximum outputting state, a means for detecting the number of rotation of the spool, a line length-measuring device for measuring the line length from the detected result of the means for detecting the number of the rotation, and a device for stopping the tackle at the boat side, capable of stopping the winding at the stopping position of the boat side when winding the fishline by the spool motor, has a returning means capable of carrying out either one operation for switching the motor power regulating body in the outputting state to the not-outputting state, or the operation for switching the motor regulating body to the not-outputting state by synchronizing with the action to the sending-out state of the electrically driven crutch structure after stopping the tackle at the boat side.
