PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a throwaway tip stably. SOLUTION: Recessed sections 17a and 17a which are adjacent to the end mill body base end side of a tip rear end face 12d are provided on both outer periphery sides of the tip receiving face 13a of an end mill body 11, and wedges 18 and 18 are inserted into the recessed section 17a and 17a.
