PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid separating element which is managed in an optimum state after manufacture and is capable of decreasingΔTOC in actual use. SOLUTION: This fluid separating element is managed under an atmosphere in which the difference pressure from the atmosphere pressure is within a range from -50 to 100 kPa.
