PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure and method for connecting thermoplastic resin piping materials, capable of integrally forming a pipeline without generating the lowering of strength or deformation caused by the relaxation of orientation. SOLUTION: The pipeline consists of a first thermoplastic resin piping material 1 having an oriented molecular layer within a range of 0.2-2 mm from the outer surface thereof and a second thermoplastic resin piping material 2 fitted to the outer surface of the first piping material to be frictionally joined thereto and, at the time of frictional joining, the molten region 12 of the first thermoplastic resin piping material 1 is joined so that at least a part of the oriented molecular layer 13 remains. In frictionally joining the first and second piping materials in a fitted state, the time subjected to frictional joining is set to 2-40 sec. |
