PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a powder-blended cosmetic excellent in fuel of use, especially in smoothness, giving no sticky feeling and inconspicuous in powder whiteness after use. SOLUTION: This cosmetic contains a polyoxyethylenedicarboxylic acid ester expressed by the following chemical formula (wherein R1 and R2 are each H, a 1-4C alkyl or a branched alkyl; m, n, X and Y are each 0-5 integer and not 0 at the same time; R3 is a 0-10C branched or straight chain alkylene), an alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymer and a powder.
