PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a register bag holder capable of accommodating any large, medium, and small sizes of register bags since a receiving arm bar 3 is openable and closable when in use and re-using as refuse bags by providing a portability holding the bags in a single operation to a top plate. SOLUTION: A circular outer frame type L-shaped tube 2 for holding is installed in an L-shaped center shaft cylinder column 1 in a reverse L-shape, and a receiving arm bars 3 (left part, right part) are fitted onto the circular outer frame type L-shaped tube 2. Vertically moving screws 4 for tightening when the top plate is held by the L-shaped center shaft circular column 1 and the circular outer frame L-shaped tube 2 are provided, and adjusting screws 6 for fixing the column and tube to the rear of the top plate when the receiving arm bar 3 is opened and closed for use are provided. A receiving arm bar ear 5 is provided for hooking the holder portion of the bag. The holder can be transported anywhere the top plate is present, and can be installed in a single operation.
