摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work picking device a gripping head of which can pick up a work without making contact with a bucket and which can secure a picking area in the bucket wide. SOLUTION: This work picking device is furnished with the gripping head 2 to pick the work W from the inside of the bucket 1 by gripping it, a head moving means 4, a head control means 40, an interference detection means 41 and a picking region changing means 42. The head moving means 4 is a means to move the gripping head 2 in the vertical direction and in the horizontal direction. The head control means 40 is a means to control the gripping head 2 to work by the head moving means 4 in a picking region set against the bucket 1. The interference detection means 41 is a means to detect whether or not the gripping head 2 makes contact with the bucket 1 by lowering it at a plural number of points on a peripheral edge of the picking region. The picking region changing means 42 is a means to change the picking region by a detection result of the interference detection means 41.
