PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtration dryer having a simplified structure and capable of reducing contamination and improving drying efficiency. SOLUTION: The filtration dryer 1 has a supply port 3 for supplying slurry to a hermetically sealable vessel body 2, a filter 5 for filtering the slurry, a discharge port 4 for discharging the filtrate and a jacket 7, and a heat transfer pipe 8 is provided in the vessel body 2 to be in parallel to the center axis thereof and a surface treating part 18 formed by applying a sticking preventing treatment is provided at least on the contact part of the inside surface of the vessel body with the filtered cake.
