PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recording body, with which a high quality recording and a print quality such as that of a daguerreotype are represented, which has a favorable weatherability and, at the same time, in which neither separation nor fading develops due to the long term use of and the adhesion of water to a base material surface and an ink fixing layer. SOLUTION: This image recording body consists of an easily bondable layer B made of a cross-linked resin and an ink accepting layer C made of at least two layers of an ink fixing layer C1 and an ink transmitting layer C2 laminated in the order named from a base material A side on one side of the light transmitting base material A and the total light transmittance of the image recording body is 20 to 70% under the condition that an image is formed at least under the presence of a pigment ink in the ink accepting layer C. |
