DIELECTRIC TYPE CERAMIC COMPOSITION, CERAMIC CAPACITOR USING SAME AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric type ceramic composition, ceramic capacitor using the same and its manufacturing method. The composition is small in size with high capacity, stable at a high frequency zone and markedly reduced in manufacturing cost by being sintered at a low temperature. SOLUTION: A dielectric type ceramic composition contains 25-85 mol% TiO2. The balance comprises ZnO and unavoidable impurities as main components to with are added 0.5-15 weight % CuO, 0.1-10 weight % MnO2, 0-10 weight % Al2O3, 0.001-10 weight % PbO and a glass composition in 0.5-10 weight %.
