PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric porcelain of which the main appearance of crystals is a perovskite composite oxide which contains Na and Nb and burned at a low temperature, and a piezoelectric element. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric porcelain 3, 7 of which the main appearance of crystals is the perovskite composite oxide which contains at least Na and Nb, and contain 0.05-2 wt.% Ge as GeO2 in total weight. |
