PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray drying pelletizing device which can suppress thermal denaturation of a raw material, further can be stably and continuously operated and has high drying pelletizing capacity, and to provide a granular food product having especially small thermal denaturation by performing drying pelletization by the spray drying pelletizing device like above. SOLUTION: The spray drying pelletizing device has a spray drying section and a flow pelletizing section in a bath and is provided with a means for introducing air flow downwards or obliquely downwards along an inner surface of a conical part and a means for exhausting air near an upper end of the conical part of the spray drying section. The problem described above (thermal denaturation) is solved by performing drying pelletization by this spray drying pelletizing device and objective granular food can be provided.
