PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a roof trim tensionally provided with roof bows to a roof panel without warping both of its right and left side walls. SOLUTION: A pair of the roof bows 5 and 6 for reinforcement extending in a horizontal direction of a vehicle cabin is horizontally tensionally provided so as to mutually separate in a back face side of a roof trim main body 4 decorating a vehicle cabin side of a panel inner 3 of the roof panel 1. Bracket piece parts 7 and 8 respectively having upward facing mounting faces 7a and 8a are provided in both tips of the roof bows 5 and 6. Clip bodies 9 are attached to the upward facing mounting faces 7a and 8a. The roof trim main body 4 is attached to the roof panel 1 by fitting the clip bodies 9 inside clip holes 3c of the roof inner 3. Attaching directions of the clip bodies 9 to the upward facing mounting faces 7a and 8a are matched with a mounting direction of the roof trim main body 4 to the roof panel 1.
