PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide absorptive goods such as a disposable diaper which can keep its shape, good in fittability of an absorption part, and have good performance to prevent leakage. SOLUTION: A liquid permeable surface sheet 2, a liquid impermeable leakage prevention sheet 2 and a liquid retaining absorbent body 4 are furnished practically oblong as the absorptive goods. On the left and right both side parts 1A, 1A, in the longitudinal direction or on the 1A, 1A and on their termini 1B, 1B, gathers are formed. The rigidity of an absorption part 9 that includes the above absorbent 4 on the parts 9A-9C that are adjacent to whichever of the above gathers is 4.0 gf.cm or less on a taver value. The total value of the extended respondence when extending 50% of gathers 5A, 5B which are formed in the both side parts 1A, 1A in the longitudinal direction of the absorptive goods is 300 gf or less.
