PURPOSE: To provide a syringe in which a plunger rod is readily attached to a gasket, by forming a male screw at the front end portion of the plunger rod and a female screw at the gasket, respectively, forming predetermined notched portions in the male screw and the female screw, fitting a corresponding screw portion into each cut portion, and turning the male screw for screwing. CONSTITUTION: A female screw 21 of the opening at a rear end face is formed in the rear portion of a gasket 2. The inner peripheral face thereof is divided into about four regions in the circumferential direction, and two regions opposing to each other are formed as notched portions 21a by cutting a screw thread. At the front end of a plunger rod 3, a male screw 31 to be threaded with the female screw 21 of the gasket 2 is formed. The outer periphery of the male screw 31 is similarly divided into four, two opposing regions of which have notched portions 31a without screw threads. A male screw portion 21b with a screw thread is fitted into the notched portion 31a of the male screw 31, and screwed by turning a male screw 31. |
