PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner which can assuredly form a short circuit even when a wind direction changing plate is not accurately inclined thus enabling a dehumidifying operation without causing a feeling of cold air. SOLUTION: A blown-off wind W1 which flows along an upper surface 51 of a wind direction changing plate is deflected by a blown-off wind deflecting surface 53 formed by a protrusion 52 mounted on a downstream end portion of the upper surface 51 and flows toward a suction opening 2. Due to such a construction, even when the wind direction changing plate 50 is not accurately inclined at the time of forming a short circuit, the blown-off wind W1 flows into the suction opening 2 so that the short circuit can be assuredly formed. Accordingly, this invention provides an air conditioner which can carry out a dehumidifying operation without causing a feeling of cold air. |
