PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter for removing suspended fine particles in a waste gas to decompose and remove the suspended fine particles contained in the waste gas, for example, from the internal combustion engine such as diesel engine, and a device using the same. SOLUTION: The filter is a depth-type filter formed by integrally laminating a felt-like filter 32 composed of 2 layers and 2nd felt-like filters 32A and 32B in plural stages on a supporting layer 31.
