PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely grind a cutter through a simple operation although using a simple arrangement. SOLUTION: A filing sheet 3 is integrally affixed to the surface of a relatively thick sheet-shaped sponge material 2. The edge surface of a cutter is slanted, pressed against the filing sheet 3, and sunk to bring the edge surface into plane contact with the filing sheet 3, and the cutter is slid back and forth and ground under that condition. |
