PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable pallet which is less troubled by a difference in the shapes/dimensions of articles, and of which the general versatility is high. SOLUTION: This pallet P is equipped with a bottom plate 10, four struts 20, and horizontal members. In this case, a single or a plurality of articles M are mounted on the bottom plate 10. The struts 20 support four corners of the bottom plate 10. The horizontal members connect and assemble the upper sections or the upper and lower sections of the adjacent struts 20 and 20 into a frame. The pallet P has an outer shape of a rectangular parallelepiped at least with the open upper surface. Then, a pair of guide rails GR and GR are provided on the horizontal members, which are located at the upper section, or the upper and lower sections of the struts 20, and are confronted with each other.
