PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the fixing work of a spoiler to an edge part at the rear upper part of a body and to sufficiently secure the fixing strength of the spoiler to the edge part. SOLUTION: The edge part 22 formed by a roof 8 of the body 2 and a rear wall 9 of the body 2 is provided with outer and inner panels 23 and 24, and a reinforcing panel 27 disposed between the inner panels 23 and 24.The spoiler 33 extending along the outside surface of the edge part 22 and a fixing means 34 for fixing the base part 33a of the spoiler 33 to the edge part 22 are provided. The fixing means 34 is provided with a locking member 39 for locking one end side 38 in the longitudinal direction of the base part 33a of the spoiler 33 to the reinforcing panel 27 by penetrating the outer panel 23 in the side view of the body 2, and a fastener 42 for fastening the other end side 40 of the base part 33a of the spoiler 33 to either of the respective panels 23 and 24 in the locked state by the locking member 39.
