PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a refuse bag from being broken by crows by applying a luster silver color hated by the crows on the refuse bag. SOLUTION: A luster silver color 2 is applied to the entire surface or a part of the surface of an external wall of the refuse bag 1. Crows hating the luster substance cannot approach the refuse bag and, therefore, the refuse bag is prevented from being broken.
