PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box of which the unsealing is easy, and which can be resealed. SOLUTION: This packaging box is equipped with respective pairs of side walls 1 and end walls 2. Then, the top surface is closed by superposing top side flaps 4 which are connected with the upper edges of the side walls 1, on top end flaps 5 which are connected with the upper edges of the end walls 2. In such a packaging box, a cut 8 which extends upward on the end walls 2 from both side edges of one side wall 1, and a cut 9 which extends to the distal ends of the top end flaps 5 from the upper ends of the cuts 8 are provided. At the same time, a folding line 10 which connects the base ends of the cuts 8 on the end walls 2 in a manner to go across the side wall 1 is provided. Thus, an openable/closable lid 11 is formed, and protuberances 12 which are superposed with the lid 11 are provided on the cuts 9 of the top end flaps 5. The packaging box is made resealable by holding the lid 11 with the protuberances 12.
