PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw type filtering-dehydrating device in which increase in friction during the operation, is suppressed and thus abrasion hardly generates and which causes no increase in load on a drive motor, and an annular movable plate thereof. SOLUTION: A screw conveyor 11 in which the outside diameter of a screw 11R is set to be smaller than the inside diameter of an annular filtering plate 2 and an annular movable plate 3 is fitted to a center hole 10 of a cylindrical filtering body 7 with a large number of sets of filtering elements each comprising the annular filtering plate 2 and the annular movable plate 3 being arrayed in a layered manner, and an eccentric rotary shaft 13 which is brought into slidable contact with an outer circumference of the annular movable plate 3 to oscillate the annular movable plate 3 in an interlocking manner with the screw conveyor 11 is provided outside the filtering body 7. The annular movable plate 3 is mainly formed of plastic material, and a reinforcing ring body 3H formed of a cut crosswise steel tube is fitted to the outer circumference of a plate base so that the reinforcing ring body 3H is brought into slidable contact with the eccentric rotary shaft 13.
