PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive coating method adapted to a method for applying a reaction type hot melt adhesive to a honeycomb material in a process for bonding a door surface material and the honeycomb material to manufacture a door panel being a building member, preventing the reaction type hot melt adhesive from partially advancing by moisture in the atmosphere or light to generate a change in the viscosity of the adhesive and capable of performing stable coating over a long period of time. SOLUTION: In the adhesive coating method adapted to a method for applying the reaction type hot melt adhesive to the honeycomb material in the process for bonding the door surface material and the honeycomb material to manufacture the door panel being the building member, the reaction type hot melt adhesive is extruded from the extrusion nozzle width variable type throttle nozzle device, which has an on-off valve mechanism incorporated therein, in a molten state to be applied to the honeycomb material relatively moving with respect to the throttle nozzle device.
