PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, and the like, for separating a pasted member permitting efficient and easy separation of a pasted member pasted by an adhesive means such as a double-sided adhesive tape. SOLUTION: The pasted member-separating device for separating a pasted member from the surface on which it is pasted is provided with a chuck-type robot hand 1 for holding a non-pasted part of a pasted member 12, which is pasted on the surface to be pasted of a member 11 to be pasted on with a non-pasted part is formed, and a horizontal articulated robot 2 for moving the chuck-type robot hand 1 to allow it to perform a separating operation. The chuck-type robot hand 1 is provided with a chucking pawl, which has a surface coated with a coating material of a hardly sticking nature on the side contacting the self-adhesive surface of the pasted member 12 to be separated.
