PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collection and distribution history collation support system for long- distance transport cargo capable of increasing a customer service rapidly and accurately without labor in correspondence with the collection and distribution history information including the inquiry on the names of receives of transport cargo. SOLUTION: Load collecting registration and delivery registration data, delivery site passing registration data, transport transfer registration data, delivered site passing registration data, and arrival registration data are transmitted in real time from the regional collecting and distributing processing stations B of a collecting delivery stations (a), a delivery site transfer station (b), a second transfer station (c), a delivered site transfer station (d), and a delivery station (e) to a collection and distribution central processing station A through a communication line net (z), and read by a host computer 21. All of these collection and distribution history information are centrally controlled so as to be responsible to the inquiry of physical distribution. In the delivery station (e), after the delivery is completed, the names of the receivers are inputted as delivery completion information into a portable communication terminal 20, transmitted to the collection and distribution central processing station A through the communication line net (z), and read by the host computer 21 so that the names of the receivers can be collated by the Internet. |
