<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OVD forming body enhancing further a forgery preventing effect, being inexpensive, enabling accurate determination of authenticity by a simple device and being very hard to forge by a color copying machine, an authenticity determining method using the same and an OVD transfer leaf. SOLUTION: In the OVD forming body 1, a printed layer 12 printed with forgery preventing printing ink containing a lanthanoide-series rare-earth compound is provided in a part above or below an OVD layer 13. The determination of authenticity is executed by comparing a color presented by the printed layer under the irradiation by a certain light with a color presented by this layer under the irradiation by a light having a different spectral distribution from the above light. The OVD layer and the printed layer are provided on a substrate 10 of the transfer leaf 2.</p> |
