PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydroformed part capable of simply assembling a mounting part for instrument mounting to the hydroformed part. SOLUTION: The hydroformed part is constituted so that a short tube member 17 having a sheet belt anchor nut 16a, in which an inlet of a screw hole as a mounting part is faced to an outer face of a peripheral wall and a bottom part of the screw hole is inwardly protruded from the peripheral wall, is externally fitted to a prescribed position of an outer peripheral part of a long tube member 14 formed by bulging a tube stock 18 through hydroforming. By using bulging of the tube stock 18 caused by hydroforming of the long tube member 14, the short tube member 17 is brought into tight contact from the inside, while engaging a tip part of the nut 6a with a tube stock peripheral wall, in the case of forming the hydroformed part, a cap shaped nut 16a is simultaneously assembled.
