PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular molded ceiling material and its manufacturing method capable of reducing weight without impairing appearance. SOLUTION: In this vehicular molded ceiling material 10, respective members are adhered and integrated by laminating inorganic fiber layers 11 and 13 on both sides of a foam-made base material 11 and laminating surface materials 21 and 25 on glass fiber layers on both sides of the base material via or not via hot melt films 21 and 25. The base material and at least one inorganic fiber layer of the inorganic fiber layers on both sides of the base material are subjected to impregnation hardening with a binder B.
