摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiping-off cosmetic having high removing effect of make up cosmetic even when formulated surfactant is used in extremely small amount and having water resistance and capable of eliminating eye make up cosmetic without loading on the skin. SOLUTION: This wiping-off cosmetic is characterized by including 4,5- dicarboxy-4-pentadecanolide or its salt.
