PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage case which can be locked in a lidded state while a DVD, a CD or the like is stored and a theftproof tag is kept. SOLUTION: The storage case 11 includes a first side lid 12, a top plate 14 foldably provided via a hinge 13 on an end of the first side lid 12, a second side lid 16 foldably provided via a hinge 15 at an end of the top plate 14 for closing a lid on the first side lid 12, a lock 17 provided on the first and second side lids 12 and 16 for locking a hole of a disk-like information recording medium, and a holder 31 to be mounted on both side lids while lidded. Recessed notches 29a and 29a for forming an engaging recess 29 when lidding are respectively formed on the first side lid 12 and the second side lid 16 at respectively corresponding positions. The holder 31 is equipped with a locking mechanism 34 to be engaged with the engaging recess 29 for locking the lidded state.
