PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid which has little curl and is easy to peel even if an aluminum foil is not used. SOLUTION: The lid for covering an opening of a container body 20 with a flange to be heat-sealed with the flange 21 comprises a composite sheet 10 which comprises from the uppermost layer, paper 11, an adhesive resin layer 12, a PET film 13, and an easy-to-peel resin layer 14 which are sequentially laminated.
