PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunvisor with vanity mirror capable of storing a cover at an approximately half of a lateral length of the vanity mirror. SOLUTION: In a whole closing state, a first cover 25 and a second cover 28 form a flat surface by abutting a first abutting surface 23 of the first cover 25 to a second abutting surface 26 of the second cover 28. When an opening action of the covers is carried out from the whole closing state by an operation of an operation part 22, both covers 25, 28 are guided along a first guide groove 31 and a left end of the second cover 28 is abutted to an end of the first guide groove 31. When a further opening action is carried out, only the first cover 25 is obliquely downwardly guided along a second guide groove 32 branched from the first guide groove 31. When a further opening action is carried out, a left end is obliquely upwardly moved releasingly so as to again horizontally retain the first cover 25 and the first cover 25 is positioned below the second cover 28 by engaging the operation part 22 with a left opening end of a case 13 to release a covering of the vanity mirror 12.
