PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform grooving with the uniform depth even for a very small grinding wheel. SOLUTION: This grinding wheel grooving device is provided with a holder receiver 5 for holding a support body 2 connected to a grinding wheel 1 through a holder 3 and for moving the grinding wheel 1 by an adjusting screw 6 through the holder 3 in the central axial direction, a turning base 8 having the holder receiver 5 and a turning shaft 8a perpendicular to the central axis of the grinding wheel 1, a disc-shaped thin-bladed grinding wheel 12 having a rotary shaft parallel to the turning shaft 8a of the turning base 8 and having the outer periphery positioned so as to be abut on the tip central part of the grinding wheel 1, and a moving table 10 capable of adjusting the positional relationship between the thin-bladed grinding wheel 12 and the grinding wheel 1 by moving the grinding wheel in the direction perpendicular to the rotary shaft of the thin-bladed grinding wheel 12.
