PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an elastic pavement body by which a laminated material filled and pressed in a die is heated uniformly in a short time. SOLUTION: A die part 10 has a die body 21 inside a hollow cylindrical housing 11. The housing 11 comprises an intermediate part 12 with the die body accommodated therein, an upper hood 13, and a lower hood 1 integrally with each other. A hot air feeder 31 is connected to a hot air flow inlet 14 of the upper hood, and a hot air suction device 32 is connected to a hot air flow outlet 16 of the lower hood. The die body comprises a bottom plate part 22, a frame part 24, and a top plate part 25 which are arranged in a superposed manner, and the bottom plate part and the top plate part are formed of a grating structure with a large number of holes arranged regularly in a grating shape. Hot air can be passed smoothly in the laminated material with large void volume by feeding hot air into the die from an outlet of the hot air server, and sucking hot air from an inlet of the hot air suction device.
