PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a cabinet enabling the use of a common cabinet body and facilitating assembly of a drawer or rack-equipped cabinet, etc. SOLUTION: Vertically extending front and rear reinforcing panels 8 and 9 are provided in longitudinally spaced relationship on the insides of the side panels 2 and 3 of the cabinet body 1. The front and rear reinforcing panels are formed with respective attaching holes 8d and 9d to which drawer suspensions 10 can be attached, and an inner panel 11 to which rack panel brackets 14 can be attached is removably attached to the attaching holes 8d and 9d in the front and rear reinforcing panels.
